Summary
This study looks at how the nervous system may become extra sensitive (central sensitization) in women with adenomyosis, a condition that causes pelvic pain. Researchers will follow 1,200 women aged 18-50 for 12 months to see how common this sensitivity is and whether it affects treatment success. The goal is to better understand pain patterns and improve care.
