Summary
This study aims to find what factors help children recover from acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), a rare brain inflammation. Researchers will follow 25 children aged 6 months to 18 years who have ADEM, using MRI scans and disability scores to track recovery. The goal is to identify early predictors of complete recovery or relapse, which could guide better treatment decisions.
