Summary
This study tested whether adding arm exercise to leg exercise helps healthy individuals endure a workout longer than leg exercise alone. Ten healthy adults participated in cycling endurance tests. The goal was to see if this combined approach could later help people with lung disease who struggle with breathing during exercise.
