First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is adapting and validating a short questionnaire called the Hypomanic Personality Scale (HPS-6) for Romanian speakers. The goal is to see if this 6-question tool can reliably identify adults at higher risk for bipolar disorder. Researchers will enroll 50 people aged 18-50 who are not currently at high risk for suicide or substance abuse. Participants will fill out several questionnaires to check how well the HPS-6 works compared to other established scales.
