Summary
This study tests whether a special type of acupressure, given at times linked to the body's internal clock, can help older adults in nursing homes sleep better. Eighty people aged 60 and older will receive either real or fake acupressure for four weeks. Researchers will measure sleep quality, anxiety, and stress before and after treatment.
