Summary

This study tested if a phone-based program using text messages and small financial rewards could help teens and young adults with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes become more physically active. It involved 75 participants aged 13 to 22. The goal was to see if this approach could increase exercise and improve health markers like blood sugar.
