Summary
This study looks at whether a type of talk therapy called acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) can help people with schizophrenia stop smoking and ease their psychotic symptoms. About 90 adults with schizophrenia who smoke will take part. Researchers will use brain scans (fMRI) to see if the therapy changes brain activity related to cravings and mental health.
