NCT ID NCT07656558

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-session training program based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help caregivers of schizophrenia patients feel less burdened, express emotions more healthily, and become more psychologically flexible. About 60 caregivers will be randomly assigned to either the training or usual care. Researchers will measure changes right after the program and again at 1 and 3 months later.
