First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new oral drug called acalabrutinib (ACP-196) in people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or related blood cancers that have not responded to at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink or control the cancer. About 306 adults took part, and the drug works by blocking a protein that helps cancer cells grow.
