Summary
This study tests whether adding Acoustic Cluster Therapy (ACT) to standard chemotherapy can shrink inoperable pancreatic tumors. About 25 adults with locally advanced pancreatic cancer will receive both treatments. The goal is to see if the combination improves response rates and is safe.
