Brain scans reveal how ACL rehab rewires the mind to prevent Re-Injury

NCT ID NCT07097077

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at 12 people who had ACL knee surgery to see if a special exercise program (neuromotor training) can change how their brain controls movement. Participants will get brain scans (fMRI) before and after the training. The goal is to understand if this training helps the brain move in safer patterns, which could lower the high risk of re-injuring the knee.
