Inclusion Criteria: • History of ACL injury indicated for isolated reconstruction, without concomitant ligament reconstruction or repair, cartilage repair procedure, or osteotomy. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients who underwent concomitant ligament reconstruction or repair, cartilage repair procedure, or osteotomy. * History of blood-borne diseases including HIV, HBV, HCV, HTLV, and syphilis.
