First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at how well ACL reconstruction surgery works for people aged 50 and older, compared to those under 40. Researchers will measure knee function, stability, and return to sports at least two years after surgery. The goal is to see if older adults can benefit from surgery just as much as younger patients.
