First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether a targeted prevention program can help female soccer players aged 13 to 16 avoid ACL injuries, which are common during quick direction changes. About 51 players will take part, and researchers will measure their movement quality and performance before and after the program. The goal is to see if adding these exercises to regular training can improve how players move and reduce injury risk.
