Summary

This study looked at whether doing extra leg strengthening exercises before ACL surgery helps patients recover better and return to sports. Six people with recent ACL tears took part. Researchers measured muscle strength and function before and after a special pre-surgery rehab program to see if it reduced muscle weakness after surgery.
