This study looked at 65 professional athletes who had ACL surgery to see which type of graft works better: one using the kneecap tendon or one using the hamstring tendon. The goal was to measure leg strength, knee function, and how quickly athletes returned to their sport. Results were tracked for five years to compare outcomes and complications.
