Summary
This study tested a single injection of NGI226 microparticles in 45 people with Achilles tendinopathy (mid-portion tendon pain). The goal was to see if the injection is safe and helps the tendon heal better than a placebo. Researchers measured side effects and changes in tendon stiffness using ultrasound.
