Summary
This study looks at whether placing a special collagen material over an exposed barrier membrane helps gum wounds heal better after guided bone regeneration (GBR) for dental implants. About 30 people who already need GBR will be observed; if the membrane is exposed, the surgeon may use the collagen patch. Researchers will compare healing and success rates between those who get the patch and those who don't.
