New bone graft could improve dental implant success

Summary
This study tests a new bone graft material called OsteoAdapt DE to see if it helps heal the jawbone after a tooth is pulled. About 45 adults who need a tooth removed and a dental implant later will receive either the new graft or a standard one. The goal is to check safety and find the best dose for future use.
