Twenty-five caregivers participated in the pilot, which focused on culturally responsive strategies for coping and self-care.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Education Support (weekly video/teleconference support group)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could point toward a scalable, culturally tailored support program that improves caregiver well-being and coping skills.
What could go wrong
This is a small pilot study with only 25 participants, so results may not apply to all caregivers. The intervention is behavioral, so benefits depend on engagement and may be modest.
