Summary

This study looks at how well ablation therapy (using heat or light to destroy abnormal cells) works for people with Barrett's esophagus, a condition that can lead to esophageal cancer. About 600 adults with high-grade dysplasia or very early cancer will be treated and then checked over time to see if the abnormal tissue comes back. The goal is to control the disease and prevent it from turning into cancer.
