Summary
This study looks at how H. pylori bacteria might cause stomach cancer. Researchers will collect tissue samples from 120 adults with H. pylori infection or stomach cancer during routine endoscopy. They will use advanced genetic sequencing to find changes in genes that could lead to cancer, with the goal of understanding how to stop this process early.
