Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether adding abatacept to standard anti-rejection drugs can safely prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in 10 adults with blood cancers receiving a special type of stem cell transplant (omidubicel). Participants will receive the drug combination and be monitored for side effects and transplant success over 18 months. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and feasible before larger studies.
