Summary
This phase II trial is testing an experimental drug called 9MW1911 in 360 adults with moderate-to-severe COPD who have had at least two flare-ups in the past year. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo every 28 days for a year. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces the number of serious flare-ups and improves breathing.
