Summary
This early-stage study tested a single dose of a new drug called 4ET1103 in 40 healthy volunteers to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Half received the drug, half a placebo, and all were monitored for side effects and changes in blood, urine, and vital signs. The goal was to gather safety data before testing in people with neuropathic pain.
