Summary

This study tests whether a drug called 4-AP, taken twice daily, can boost leg function when combined with special nerve stimulation and limb training in people with spinal cord injury. The trial involves 27 adults who are at least 6 months post-injury. The goal is to improve muscle strength and walking ability, not to cure the injury.
