First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether 3D simulation helps doctors place a new aortic valve more accurately in 354 people with severe aortic regurgitation. Participants are 65 or older and will be randomly assigned to have the procedure with or without 3D guidance. The main goal is to see if the valve sits straighter, which could reduce complications.
