NCT ID NCT07541872

First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 20, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether showing people personalized 3D body avatars of their potential weight loss changes how satisfied and committed they feel compared to just seeing numbers on a scale. About 250 adults who want to lose weight will take a one-time online survey. Researchers will compare reactions to visual and numerical weight loss outcomes to see which approach is more motivating.
