NCT ID NCT07225543
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called 2-HOBA can help people with lupus by lowering blood pressure and reducing harmful immune activity. About 42 women with stable lupus and mild-to-moderate high blood pressure will take either 2-HOBA or a placebo for 8 weeks, then switch. The goal is to see if 2-HOBA can safely improve these health issues.
