New gel sheet may improve burn scars without silicone
Symptom relief CompletedThis study tested whether a nonsilicone gel sheet can help improve thick, red burn scars in adults. About 49 burn survivors used the gel on one scar area and no treatment on another for comparison. The goal was to see if the gel reduces redness, thickness, pain, and itching.
