Magnetic waves may soothe burn scar itch

Symptom relief Not yet recruiting

This study tests whether pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy can reduce itching in people with burn scars. About 40 adults aged 25-40 with moderate to severe itch will receive PEMF or a placebo. The main goals are to see if itch intensity and quality of life improve.
