New gel sheet may ease burn scars
NCT ID NCT05429411
First seen Apr 02, 2026
Summary
This study tested a non-silicone gel sheet on burn scars in 49 adult survivors. The goal was to see if it reduces redness, thickness, pain, and itch compared to no treatment. Participants used the gel on one scar area while another similar scar was left untreated. The study is complete and used precise tools to measure changes.
