Rhinophyma
MONDO:0043777Progressive enlargement of the nose due to hypertrophy of the sebaceous glands of the tip of the nose and fibrosis. It usually affects older men and is associated with long-standing acne rosacea. It presents as a pink lobulated mass with dilated vessels in the nose.
