MONDO:0019406Craniofacial conodysplasia is characterized by craniofacial dysplasia, cone-shaped physes of the hands and feet, and neurological manifestations resembling cerebral palsy. It has been described in one family. The syndrome appeared to be transmitted as a dominant trait.
