Baclofen withdrawal syndrome can result in high fever, altered mental status (including agitation, insomnia, confusion, delusions, hallucinations, seizures, visual changes, or psychosis), and potentially profound muscular rigidity that sometimes progresses to fatal rhabdomyolysis.
