MONDO:1010064A dermatomyositis characterized by the presence of anti-MDA5 autoantibodies. It is often associated with dermatomyositis rashes, amyopathic or hypomyopathic muscle involvement and interstitial lung disease, frequently as a rapid progressive course and high mortality.
