Summary
This study tested a new drug called zotiraciclib (TG02) combined with the standard chemotherapy temozolomide in adults with recurrent brain tumors (anaplastic astrocytoma or glioblastoma). The goal was to find safe doses and see if the combination worked better than temozolomide alone. The trial was stopped early, but results help guide future research.
