Summary

This study tested a 4-week program called Zinde Zihin ("Fit Mind") in 62 adults aged 65-80 living in nursing homes. The program included brain games, exercise, nutrition advice, and stress management. Researchers measured changes in Alzheimer's risk scores and found that the program may help lower risk factors for the disease.
