New drug targets gene mutation in tough lung cancer

Summary
This study tests a drug called ZEN003694 in people with advanced squamous cell lung cancer that has a specific change in the NSD3 gene. The drug works by blocking certain proteins that may help the cancer grow. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or slow the cancer. About 13 participants will take part.
