Summary
This trial aimed to test a new treatment for people with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. It used a patient's own immune cells (TILs) that were edited with CRISPR to remove a gene called CISH, potentially making them better at fighting cancer. The study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
