First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether Xiidra, an FDA-approved eye drop for dry eye, can help glaucoma patients who have eye discomfort from using multiple eye pressure-lowering medications. About 75 adults who already take glaucoma drops and have dry eye symptoms will receive Xiidra as part of their regular care. Researchers will measure changes in eye surface health, dryness scores, and quality of life over 12 weeks.
