Can a dry eye drug soothe glaucoma Patients' aching eyes?

Summary

This study looks at whether Xiidra, an FDA-approved eye drop for dry eye, can reduce eye discomfort and dryness in people with glaucoma who are already using multiple eye drops to control eye pressure. About 75 participants will receive Xiidra as part of their standard care and be followed for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if their eye surface health and comfort improve.
