Can a common migraine shot help mysterious 'Havana Syndrome' headaches?

Summary
This study aims to see if Xeomin injections work differently for preventing migraines in two groups of patients: those with a history of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and those who have experienced anomalous health incidents (AHIs, sometimes called Havana Syndrome). Researchers will follow 60 U.S. government-affiliated adults who are already scheduled to receive Xeomin treatment. They will compare how much the injections reduce migraine pain, frequency, and life impact between the two groups over several weeks.
