Brain injury vs. 'Havana Syndrome': can the same migraine treatment work for both?

NCT ID NCT07267819

Summary

This study aims to see if Xeomin injections work differently for preventing migraines in two groups of patients: those with a history of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and those with a history of anomalous health incidents (AHIs, sometimes called 'Havana Syndrome'). Researchers will follow 60 U.S. government employees or family members who are already scheduled to receive Xeomin treatment. They will compare how much the injections reduce migraine pain, frequency, and life impact between the two groups over 12 weeks.
