Summary
This study aimed to understand how the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process affects the quality of life of women who are employed. Researchers followed 200 working women in France during their first IVF attempt, using questionnaires to track their emotional well-being, anxiety, depression, and work-life balance over 18 months. The goal was to gather information to better support working women navigating the physical and emotional demands of fertility treatment.
