Summary
This study aimed to understand how in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment affects the quality of life of women who are also working. Researchers followed 200 employed women in France through their first IVF attempt, using questionnaires to measure their stress, mood, and work-life balance over 18 months. The goal was to gather information to better support working women navigating the physical and emotional demands of fertility treatment.
