Summary
This early-phase study tests whether giving the immunotherapy drug ipilimumab before standard surgery and chemoradiation is safe and helps control glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. About 16 adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma will receive up to 2 doses of ipilimumab before their usual treatment. The main goals are to check for side effects and see if the drug can shrink or slow the tumor.
