NCT ID NCT07134842

First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This early-phase study is testing whether giving the immunotherapy drug ipilimumab before standard surgery and chemoradiation is safe and can help control glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. About 16 adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma will receive up to two doses of ipilimumab before their usual treatment. The main goals are to check for side effects and see if the drug shrinks or slows the tumor.
