Summary
This study looked at whether playing balance games on a Wii Fit board could help women with osteoporosis who had a mastectomy. Sixty women participated, and their balance was measured before and after eight weeks of playing the games. The goal was to see if this fun, low-cost approach could improve their stability and reduce fall risk.
