Video games could help breast cancer survivors regain balance

Summary
This study looked at whether playing balance games on a Wii Fit board can help women with osteoporosis who have had a mastectomy improve their balance. Sixty women took part, and their balance was measured before and after eight weeks of playing the games. The goal was to see if this fun, active approach could reduce fall risk and improve daily life.
